And we’re going to own it.

What we’re hiring for 

We’re looking for a General Manager to lead Oasis — from zero to one.
This is an early-stage, high-ownership role for someone excited to build a $1B brand from the ground up.

This person will:

  • Own the full journey to product-market fit: Validate, shape, and launch our first product offering. Drive us to a ~$10M run rate in year one with strong unit economics and deep customer love.
  • Test, learn, and iterate like crazy: Lead user testing, market research, and early customer engagement to refine the experience, messaging, pricing, and product—fast.
  • Set direction and ensure excellent execution: Focus the team on what matters most across product, brand, marketing, and operations. Prioritize with clarity and ship with urgency.
  • Build and lead a dream team: Hire the first key team members across disciplines. Create a high-trust, high-talent environment that moves fast and builds with care.
  • Make Oasis iconic: Shape a category-defining product and brand that feels inevitable in hindsight.

This role is about turning a big vision into a real, loved product—fast.

This person will shape the product, define the brand, and lead the charge to product-market fit—with clarity, urgency, and love for the craft.
