Be the visual force behind Mixtiles’ email marketing. As our Lifecycle Marketing Designer, you’ll own the look and feel of every message we send—bringing ideas to life through clear, compelling visuals. You’ll work closely with our copywriter and creative team to craft high-performing, emotionally resonant campaigns that reach millions. This role has real visibility and impact, with the potential to take on more creative leadership as we grow.

● Design every lifecycle email to communicate ideas with clarity and emotion.
● Collaborate with our copywriter to craft storytelling campaigns that convert.
● Concept and create original images when needed to support the message.
● Bring our product line-photo tiles, books, and art-to life with clarity and impact.
● Track performance and use insights to improve engagement and design effectiveness.
● 2–3 years of marketing design experience.
● Portfolio that shows clear, personal, and high-performing marketing designs.
● Strong design skills with tools like Figma and Photoshop.
● Bonus: Experience implementing with Klaviyo.
